US Speaking Tours

One of the best ways for people in the United States to learn about the true impacts of US foreign policy is to hear directly from the communities impacted by it. CISPES organizes national speaking tours of Salvadoran social movement and political leaders to speak to college students, union allies, elected officials and solidarity allies and create opportunities to take cross-border action to oppose policies that harm working people and the planet and that violate labor rights, women’s rights, or self-determination.

Meet some of the sustainers who power our work!

"I am a CISPES supporter because continuing to fight for social justice and a more people-centered country means continuing the dream and sacrifice of thousands of my fellow Salvadorans who died for that vision.” - Padre Carlos, New York City
