Election Countdown: Follow the Action & Be Ready to Respond!

News

Follow on-the-ground, multi-media reports and breaking news leading up to the Sunday, March 9 run-off for the 2014 presidential election on the Salvadoran Elections Blog. CISPES, US-El Salvador Sister Cities and SHARE will continue to post reports from El Salvador as the campaigns continue. On Elections Day, the blog will become a live news feed of observer reports from across the nation.

In these final high-stakes moments, the best support the international community can provide is to STAY INFORMED  and  BE READY to pressure US officials in case of attempts to derail the Salvadoran people's democratic process.
