BrenyMassiel Herrera is on the Secretariat of the FMLN in El Salvador. Themain objective of the Women’s Secretariat is to develop women’sleadership in the FMLN. The FMLN is the only political party in ElSalvador that has a gender policy , and it’s the womens’ secretariatthat ensures the implementation of the party’s policy. As part of theboard, Mrs. Herrera organizes educational workshops for women.
